Mancuso, Attorney At Law

Anthony O. Mancuso was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1986, entered private practice in June 1989 and is now sole
practitioner in the Mancuso Law Office where he is heavily engaged
in the practice of representing individuals and business clients
statewide, focusing primarily on criminal and traffic defense,
plaintiff's personal injury, civil litigation and collection. Mr.
Mancuso has obtained millions of dollars in civil judgments or
recoveries on behalf of his clients against government entities,
insurance companies, major corporations and individuals. Mr.
Mancuso's cases have been the subject of several high profile media
news stories throughout his professional career.
Mr. Mancuso has been a Certified Instructor at the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (Advanced & Basic Police Training Programs) and taught courses at the American Institute of Paralegal Studies. Mr. Mancuso has frequently lectured on Drunk Driving and Traffic issues at the Parkside Lodge Weekend Alcohol Program and other law related seminars. He has also been a featured guest speaker on numerous legal topics for the Franklin County Municipal Court Committee, Legal Assistants of Central Ohio, Career School Lunch Program and other Bar sponsored events.
He is a member of the United States District Court Southern
District of Ohio, Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations. He is a
current or past member of the American Bar Association, the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the National Traffic Attorney Network,
the National Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the
Columbus Bar Association Judicial Screening Committee and
the American Collectors Association. He is also a member of the Ohio
and Columbus Academy of Criminal Defense lawyers as well as a past trustee of the Berliner Action Team for Softball
(BATS) and has served as a Judicial Panelist for the Ohio Mock Trial
State Competitions. Mr. Mancuso was also listed in Strathmore's Who's Who
for outstanding achievement in significant areas of professional
life.
Mr. Mancuso was a former Prosecutor, former Judges Bailiff and
Congressional intern prior to his longstanding career as a
successful private attorney. During the early periods of Mr. Mancuso's legal career, he personally handled thousands of cases as a Prosecutor and Judges
Bailiff.
Mr. Mancuso has hosted and appeared on many local radio shows,
including "Attorney On Call", "Sports Line" and color commentary for
the National Championship University of Dayton Women's Basketball
team. From 1996-1999, he hosted "Lay It On The Line", a
live talk radio call-in show dealing with topics of Law, Government,
Politics, News and Sports. His popular show featured many well known
guests from the national, state and local scenes.
Mr. Mancuso is married to Christina and they have three children. He
is fluent in Italian and has been involved in athletics as a player,
coach, sponsor, administrator, radio analyst etc.
Along with his many professional accomplishments, Mr. Mancuso is
President and CEO of AOM Enterprises, Inc. with the primary function
of talent management including the management of his oldest daughter
who is a professional actress and performer in numerous Broadway
National Tour Productions.
